As part of its commitment to environmental responsibility, Every time they cut you I bleed has chosen to operate on a print-on-demand basis. Each item is produced only after an order is placed to limit overproduction and textile waste.
As this model is considered custom production, we do not offer exchanges or refunds, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
We invite you to take the time to choose your size carefully using our size guide available on the website. This approach is part of a more mindful consumption, in line with customers who are attentive to the quality and impact of their purchases.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on order volume and production times.
Delivery times then vary between 3 and 5 business days.
Delays may exceptionally occur in case of:
- issues related to print or production files
- temporary stock shortage
- high order volume
- logistical incidents (carrier, weather, delivery failure)
In such cases, our customer service remains fully available to assist you.
Collection seasonality
Every time they cut you I bleed offers collections in the form of seasonal capsules, each available for a limited time.
The collections are divided into four seasons:
Spring: March to May
Summer: June to August
Autumn: September to November
Winter: December to February
There are no permanent pieces or products carried over from one season to the next.

Installment payment

Tracking updates usually appear within 24 hours of shipment. They come directly from the carrier and may take longer if the order is transferred between multiple carriers, especially internationally.
Return and Exchange Policy
In a more responsible approach, all our pieces are printed on demand. Each garment is produced only after your order has been confirmed. This model allows us to avoid overproduction, reduce textile waste, and offer a more thoughtful approach to ready-to-wear consumption.
Because each piece is made especially for you, we are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges or refunds in case of a sizing error or a change of mind. We therefore invite you to carefully consult our size guide before placing your order.
