Article 314-1 of the Penal Code – Breach of trust (Abus de confiance)

Consequences

Any proven fraudulent dispute, particularly in the event of a false declaration of non-receipt or abuse of the refund procedure with payment providers (such as banks, PayPal, or split payment solutions), may result in:

the suspension or refusal of future orders,
the referral of the case to fraud prevention services,
and, if applicable, appropriate legal action for attempted swindling.

Every time they cut you i bleed reserves the right to dispute any abusive request with its payment partners and to provide all proof of delivery and order validation (delivery tracking, order confirmation, transport data).
